What is the status of my order?
To be able to find your order, we need your order number. The order number consists of 6 digits and you can find it both in the order confirmation email and in the SMS you received a few minutes after sending the order.
If you can't find your order number, please write us some details about your order in the form below. One of the Digital Customer Service colleagues will try to identify the order and get back to you with news via email.
