How can I cancel an order?

Thanks to the efficiency of the logistics flow we have implemented, your orders are dispatched within a few hours of sending. Exceptions are, of course, weekends and public holidays, when our delivery partners do not work.

You can cancel an order until it is picked up by the courier.

After the order has been picked up by the courier, it is no longer possible to cancel it. You can, of course, refuse it when it reaches you, but you must know that when you refuse an order, you transfer to us the obligation to pay for the transport. For this reason, depending on your order history, after an order has been refused, the ability to pay a refund to the courier may be restricted. You will still be able to place orders on our website by paying them in advance with your card.
