How can I change the products in an order?

Your orders are shipped within hours of submission. Exceptions are, of course, weekends and public holidays, when our delivery partners do not work. We can only be so efficient when we follow a clear and well-established logistics flow.

Changing even a single product in an order involves reversing the invoice, canceling the AWB document, redoing the invoice and regenerating the AWB document.

In addition to these things, if the order has already been prepared for delivery, changing an order means finding the box, unpacking it, adding the product and repacking it. All these things delay the shipment of other orders and often leave room for possible mistakes.

Therefore, adding products to an order, changing/replacing them or removing a product from an order can only be done by canceling the entire order and redoing it.
