We've created this support section to help you get immediate answers to the most common questions we've received over the years.

How do I place an order?

Placing an order on Topcoat starts by adding the products to the shopping cart. Next to each product is the "Add to cart" button. Once you've found a product you like, click this button to add it to your shopping cart.

When you add the first product to the shopping cart, a red band will appear on your screen that will say "You have X products in the shopping cart". As you add products to your cart, the red bar will update to keep you updated with the number of products you've added to your cart.

When you have finished adding all the products to the shopping cart, click on this red bar to open the cart. In the shopping cart, you can review the list of products, update the quantities or discard one or more products if you have changed your mind about them.

If you want to add other products, you can browse the site in search of them or press the "Continue shopping" button. The products you have already added will still be waiting for you in the shopping cart. The cart expires within 24 hours of adding the first product, so you have plenty of time to choose everything you like.

When your order contains all the products you need, enter the shopping cart again and check the delivery method. Then, check the way you want to receive your order. In all countries we offer door-to-door delivery (to your address), but there are other ways you can receive our products (for example, by picking them up from a partner store or a parcel machine). If you choose to pick up the order from a partner or from a package vending machine, you will have the choice of the address of the partner/ vending machine. The last step is choosing the payment method (cash upon delivery of the package, online with the card or other available payment methods).

After you have checked all these options correctly, check if you have the desired products and quantities in your shopping cart. If you have a valid voucher or Red Prices card, don't forget to activate them to reduce the value of your order. Don't forget the gifts we offer with almost every order. When the value of your order falls within one of the value thresholds for which we offer gifts, you will have the "Choose a gift" button available in the shopping cart.

The next step is to enter your shipping and billing information. Click on the "Delivery and Billing" button. You will reach a new page where you must fill in the form related to your name, delivery address, phone number for the courier and the email address we will use to communicate with you. Carefully fill out the fields in the form and send the order!

Immediately after sending the order, you will automatically receive a confirmation email and SMS. Both contain your order information and the order tracking link. You can access it whenever you want to know the status of your order.
