Why can't I send the order?

If you cannot send the order, please check the situations presented below. Perhaps one of the explanations will help you.

Check if you have selected the delivery and payment methods in the shopping cart.

In the shopping basket, above the products, you have a small form where you have to check where you want us to deliver your products, how you want to receive the order and how you want to pay for the products. In case you forgot to check one of the options required to complete the order, you will have a red band and an arrow in this form that will show you where you did not check anything.

Check if all products in the shopping cart are in stock.

Products that are in limited stock may sell out before you ship your order. If one of the products you have added to the basket is no longer available at all or we no longer have the quantity you want in stock, our website will alert you by marking the product with a yellow band and allow you to automatically adjust the quantity available in stock or remove the product from the shopping cart so that you can complete the order.

You have selected more gifts than are allowed for the value of your order.

This situation occurs when you add several products to the shopping cart, select the gifts you can receive, then change your mind about some products and remove them from the cart. If the number of gifts you have chosen is too large, our website will warn you by marking the gifts with a yellow band and allow you to delete the excess gifts from the shopping cart so that you can complete the order.

Check if cash on delivery is available for your order.

If cash on delivery is not available for your order, our website will alert you with a message marked with a red band. To be able to send the order, you must change the payment method and choose payment by card.
