The two ends allow for quick and precise creation of different patterns, providing optimal control and uniform results.
The closer the magnet is held to the nail surface, without touching it, the more intense and better defined the Cat Eye effect becomes.
How to use:
1. Apply a layer of semi-permanent black nail polish, polymerize it and apply the second layer of semi-permanent nail polish in the desired Cat Eye color.
2. Hold the pencil above the nail, at a distance of 3-5mm, for about 20 seconds or until the desired effect is created.
3. Polymerize each nail individually.
